Nutraplex Megaberry Bar

**** I received this product complimentary for my unbiased review. All opinions are strictly my own****

I got this Nutraplex Megaberry Bar in my mail yesterday from the seller. Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of it before I ate it. Note to self...don't open the mail when you haven't had lunch and are hungry.
This is the empty package as the bar is by now surely digested and moving around in my body

I will say the bar tasted wonderful. It was very fruity and sweet and I ate it in  4 bites. It also kept me satisfied until dinner which was about 4 hours after I consumed the Megaberry Bar. I was pleasantly surprised by that fact because the bar itself is not very big. It may only be 1.83 ounces but they are good ounces that keep you full with only 190 calories in them. Nutraplex Megaberry Bar is Kosher, Vegetarian, Gluten Free and Non GMO so its a healthy bar you can feel good eating.

It contains  Dates, Chia Seeds, Cranberry, Cashews, PeaProtein, Honey Raisins, Safflower Oil, Blueberries, Strawberries, Strawberry Juice Concentrate, Raspberries, Acai Powder, Sunflower, Lecithin, Natural Flavors, Sea Salt, Mixed Tocopherols and Citric Acid. Because it contains cashews you should probably avoid it if you have allergies to nuts. It has 2300 mgs of Omega 3 Fatty Acids which are very good for you. Its low in fat and sodium and has 0 cholesterol. The one drawback I found is that it contains a lot of sugar.
There are 22 grams of sugar in this bar and that I have to admit puts me off of it as a bar I would consume all the time. If you are diabetic or are watching your sugar intake you may want to reconsider this bar.

I like the bar, its healthy but I don't like the amount of sugar. If it wasn't for that, I would fully endorse it and probably would buy more of them myself. I really like the food types in it and the omega 3 values and hope they can find a way to lower that sugar.
