Don't just drink your shot..DownIT in a skull :)

I received a DownIT skull shot glass for free in exchange for an honest review. All opinions stated in my blog are entirely my own.

I have to start out honestly and say I am not much of a drinker anymore. I used to be and I have put away my fair share of shots, but after being married and divorced from an alcoholic I just don't like drinking very often and I don't get drunk. My older daughter and her boyfriend are not alcoholics but they do their partying on occasion and they like shots. When I saw this shot glass come up for review I immediately thought of the boyfriend. Shawn (not his real name) is a skater kind of guy and loves things like skulls. This shot glass was right up his alley so I decided to get it for review.

The glass is of a very thick construction with the skull molded into the side. When you put liquid into the glass it really shows the definition of the design. I don't drink so I used diet soda as a tester. I really think this is a novel and very cool twist on a shot glass. It will make a great addition to someone's home bar or as a gift for that certain person that likes their shots. I can't wait to give it as a christmas present to Shawn.
